If you have been collecting for very long, you know that  finding the figures and accessories for some playsets is usually far easier than finding the original box.  After watching dealers lists and ebay for a decent Johnny Tremain box for what seemed like forever, I decided to take matters into my own hands.  I decided to make something Marx never did...A "Giant" Johnny Tremain set.  I added a downsize western cabin, two Britains three dimensional trees, and a gray Marx Colonial Officer that I had obtained from the Marx Engineering Room Sales being done by Springday.  I then added these special elements to my loose Johnny Tremain Partial set and took a bunch of photographs.  Then I used the magic of  digital photo processing programs to lift the graphics off of photos of  Original Marx Revolutionary War boxes.  This beautiful box was the result.
