For some reason, I've been sort of afraid of painting WWII American figures. I think it's because I remember how awful the ones I painted as a kid looked. When I received my box of Conte Series 2 American Paratroopers, I decided to go ahead and try. I was amazed at how the figures came to life with the paint.
